REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Since we custom make most of the items on an order-by-order basis we do not accept returns or do refunds
unless one or more of the conditions below apply:
-Your product was in a damaged or broken condition when you received it and you can provide proof that you received it in that condition.
- We for whatever reason shipped the incorrect product/order.
Please note that where applicable, courier costs will be deducted from your refund.
We’ll always try to replace the product before approving a refund.
We cannot exchange your product unless it meets one or more of the requirements for a return above.
Custom made products cannot be exchanged.
