Change Of Order Before Dispatch


Although we will endeavor to make any requested changes to your order, we are unable to do so once your gift has been dispatched. Before you request a change or cancellation, it is best to check the status of your order first. Emails are answered during business hours (8.30am - 4.30pm) in the order they are received. It is therefore possible that your order could be dispatched before your email is processed and we will be unable to make any changes.

It is therefore best to call us if you need to cancel or change your order as this way we can ensure that your query is dealt with as quickly as possible. – dial 072 392 4150. Add +27 and drop the first 0 if calling from outside South Africa. Please have your order number or the email address you registered with us available so we can answer your query as quickly as possible.

Although seldom charged, we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for cancelled orders.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur, by way of example, if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the company’s standards. Should we exercise this right, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
